Requirements:

Require high-school diploma and at least 2 years industry experience with Windows XP and help desk support , proven ability to work in a team environment to support 20+ desktop users of NASA scientists in a Windows, Mac and Linux environment. Good communication skill and experience with Active Directory, Mac OSX and Red Hat Linux a plus.
